HAKI Trak |
|

| | |
The HAKI Trak system primarily consists of sheeting with keder beading and aluminium tracks, but it is also a method of erection.
HAKI Trak sheeting is made in fixed lengths, but can be easily provided with 3 extra pockets at 1.0 m centres at each end for greater flexibility. A 24.0 m sheet can then be used on roofs with widths from 18.0 to 24.0 m several times over.
The tracks are tailored in length to the trusses and are fixed quickly and easily using track holders and locking pins. The tracks are joined together using joint locks and gaskets. At the ridge, a ridge roller is fitted for stretching the sheeting and simplifying sheet fitting. At the eaves, sheet stretchers are fitted.
The system also includes pulling yokes and rollers to facilitate the fitting of the sheeting.
Fast and safe method of erection
The roofs are erected from an erection platform at one end of the roof and are then rolled out section by section as they are completed. You can erect the entire roof from a safe work platform. Crane costs can be minimized, since all material is lifted up to the platform. |
