Barrier System
Full Barrier Panels
HAKI offer a wide range of flat and angled galvanised steel barrier panels to suit site requirements. Available as full length panels (2600mm or 2300mm) and make-up panels. Stair barriers are also available as an intelligent solution for temporary protection at the edges of stairs during construction.

Posts and Sliders
Posts for the Barrier System are available in many sizes in both Steel and Aluminium. Our spring clip system makes assembly simple and safe by locking the posts into a number of different compatible components, see below. 1900mm posts can also be used with the Make Up Barrier or High Barrier for increased barrier height edge protection.

Designed to withstand the high wind loadings when the Barrier System is used with debris netting
Sliders are to be used in conjunction with the system and are available in two models; both solutions are lightweight and can be adjusted to any position on the Post.
Used to provide a latch slider for the Adjustable Guardrail.
Used to provide a post sleeve on Steel Frame constructions.
Drilled components
A wide range of components designed for drilled application on concrete, steel or cross laminated timber (CLT) structures. Used to create a post socket during construction.

Ideal for when drilling into the slab is prohibited. Offers vertical and horizontal clamping options up to 480mm
Designed for clamping to steel I-beams
Used for attaching to sheet piles or trench sheets. Adjustable to all standard trench sheet sizes with two post sockets
Fully adjustable to fit a range of different pre cast or in situ stairs. Accommodates many stair angles and slab depths
Designed for fitting edge protection to the PERI SkyDeck

Used to secure two corner barriers where the elevations meet
Used on ground level to safeguard loading areas, excavations and access areas
Inserted into wet concrete on the pour phase to create a post socket
Coming in four adjustable sizes and one fixed size this product provides excellent temporary edge protection to stairways and the leading edge
Used as a support source for a working platform, consisting of scaffold boards as well as timber joists
Used in combination with the VC Foot to permit Edge Protection installation within the CLT environment
Compression Post
The V - Compression Post (VCP) is a game-changer in achieving maximum safety and efficiency in any environment. Quick and easy to erect, and weighing only 12.4 kg (26.5lbs), it offers up to 4.5m (14’9”) floor to soffit full containment.
Post solution for heights between 2450mm and 3550mm
Extension piece boosting working range to between 3448mm and 4520mm

Our transportation/packing solutions have been intelligently designed to offer maximum efficiency for transit and storage applications and ease of unloading.

• Euro Box is suitable for a wide range of storage applications with a 0.75m³ volume
• Euro Post Stillage, capable of holding up to 182 posts
