Frame Scaffold 3x4m - ALU
Frame scaffolding 3x4m ALU is a narrow aluminium scaffolding that is easy and quick to erect. The packages are supplied complete with ladder access decks as standard but can be enhanced with the use of HAKI Stairs.
The working area covered for the scaffolding is 3 meters in length and 4 meters in working height, where the working height is counted 2 meters above the top platform. The width of the scaffold is 700mm. Thanks to the adjustable base jacks, the scaffold can be adjusted in case of unevenness in the ground.
Area of use
The 3x4m frame scaffold in aluminium is well suited for simpler façade work such as painting, where it is important to be able to work over a larger area under safe conditions.
Description
The frame scaffold has a simple design with closed frames and is quick to assemble. The fibreglass composite decks are lightweight and stackable, and the sturdy guardrail frames do not require a diagonal brace. Fewer components make handling easier and more cost-effective, and thanks to the patented spring lock, there is no need for tools to assemble and disassemble. The scaffold is versatile and flexible as it has components that are compatible with other HAKI systems. The guardrail frames are delivered in extremely durable, hot-dip galvanized Swedish steel, the rest of the frame is in aluminium. This provides enormous durability, a long service life and a very high level of safety, even in harsh environments.
Safety
The scaffolding package is complete to get started for use in a safe manner if used in accordance with current legislation & industry guidance in the United Kingdom. The product & its components are type -tested by RISE in Sweden & conforms to BS EN 12810 & BS EN 12811 & can support a UDL of 200kg/m2.
The scaffold has a long service life provided that it is taken care of correctly during handling and storage. Product liability and assembly instructions only apply to scaffolding that contains only components manufactured and supplied by HAKI.

This scaffold package can be enhanced by the addition of decking to the internal or external face Please contact HAKI for further guidance on .
