Barrier System
The HAKI Vertemax Barrier System has placed adaptability and versatility at the forefront with a multitude of barrier panels and components available to suit project requirements. Barrier panels are available in variety of sizes and configurations allowing them to be well suited for additional height applications. Options include -

- Return panels 90° (Mk2) and 60° (Mk5)
Multiple components are also offered to provide systemised protection that conform to European EN 13374 Class A B C, Canadian and North American standards. More than 20 solutions are readily available for either drilling, clamping, cast-in, formwork, compression and free-standing to provide comprehensive edge protection.
V - Compression Post is also available as a toolless floor to soffit solution to support 2.5 barrier load requirements.

Catchfan range
Catchfans have a reputation worldwide for providing newly-improved containment in high-rise collective protection. Easy-to-install and fitted to the perimeter of a building or scaffolding, they are ready to catch falling objects and materials, preventing damage or injury to people or property.
The HAKI Catchfan comes in three different sizes to accommodate the variety of challenges any site presents -

Fall Protection Systems
Alsipercha and Alupercha solutions are there to prevent falls from height during the decking for horizontal formwork operation, loading/unloading trucks or machine maintenance. For great productivity, both solutions fold in seconds, are reusable, portable, versatile and systemised.
The Alsipercha is a steel overhead fall protection system, while the Alupercha is a lightweight 19 kg aluminium version that can be installed single-handedly without a crane. Both meet Type B requirements under BS EN 795:2012.

Spaghetti Mat
The Spaghetti Mat has been developed specifically as a safe traffic zone for loose and unprepared ground within workzone sites for workers and light trade vehicles. Providing heavy-duty performance, the Spaghetti Mat is a free-draining carpeting structure allowing dirt and water to drain and filter through, ensuring the surface remains clean and as safe as possible.

evo
The evo range consists of seven independent hooks with varied working capacities between 2.5 tons and 25 tons allowing you to hook on and release any load remotely.
The evo crane lifting hook selection has been designed with one purpose: to bring our customers multiple options that can fit the needs of the heaviest lifting operations. All evo hooks can be configured to deal with harsh environments such as the marine industry, explosive environments, furnaces, and offshore.
NEO
Designed for oversized lifting points up to 180mm Ø the NEO range is the ideal solution for lifting operations such as rods between plates, holes on a plate, chain slings, lifting bails and bell furnaces. All hooks in this range are compact, light and highly efficient bringing productivity improvements to your sites.
The NEO range consists of five lifting hooks with varied lifting capacities between 20 tonnes and 100 tonnes as well as a slim hook (NEO 20S) ideal for narrow openings and lower contact points.
Lifting Clamps
Our innovative range of lifting clamps have been purpose built for horizontal operations such as transferring steel plates, beams and pipes in a safe manner. The C5 and C6 lifting clamps are perfect for these works and are fitted with changeable tip to suit with application.
The other lifting clamp solution is the eTrack Rail Lifting Clamp with an impressive 2,000 kg/4,409 lb lifting capacity, it has been designed to ease the lifting, handling and transporting of singular rail sections safely and securely.
Tilt Truck Wastebin
Wastebin has been designed to transport up to 355 litres of waste materials and construction rubble safely and simply away from site. Its excellent manoeuvrability makes moving debris around sites simple and its design means it can fit easily through standard doorways, making site transportation efficient.
Designed with the user’s safety in mind the Wastebin has its own parking brake to securely stow any unattended loads on undulated surfaces.
Scissorgate
The Scissorgate is used to zone off areas quickly and with ease. Benefitting from high visibility reflective fitted strips it protects site personnel and the public from potential dangers. Expanding to a maximum width of 2.1 metres, and weighing just 63kg, it has a robust design which can retract to just 24cm for compact storage and simple transit.
Passerelle
The Passerelle offers a robust, lightweight solution for temporary bridging requirements. With its anti-slip surface, it makes for an excellent solution for application in a variety of site environments. The Passerelle is a modular unit designed to temporarily bridge trenches. Available in four sizes - 2, 3, 4 and 6 metres.
